Landscape for Less is seeking motivated and experienced Hardscape/Landscape Technicians to join our growing team. The role combines landscape installation, hardscape construction, seasonal property maintenance, and site preparation for residential and commercial properties across Western New York.
The ideal candidate has experience in physically demanding outdoor environments and can complete projects independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include installing patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, sod, planting beds, and other landscape features — plus seasonal maintenance, cleanups, and snow removal as needed.
You'll need strong attention to detail, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment. Flexible hours based on project demands, weather, and seasonal workloads.
